Position 1 Full-time Geography&English Teacher

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Working time: Mon-Fri, 7:45am-4:30pm, 25 teaching hours/week at most
2.Successfully teach and deliver the classes to A-level and IGCSE students of Grades 9-12, aged 15-18, 15-20 students /class.
3.Provide an effective learning environment through sound behavior and classroom management.
4.Ability to draft lesson plans on regular basis with clear indication of the targeted learning outcomes and relevant teaching methods.
5. Assign appropriate homework, correct and give guidance to students.
6. Keep accurate student assessment records and preparation of student reports.
7.Other assigned duties as required by the School's Management Team.
8.Participate in and organize extracurricular activities if required.
9.Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Candidates of US/UK/AUS/CA/NZ/Ireland/SA, aged 30-45
2. Bachelor degree or above in the related subject.
3. At least two years IGCSE, A-Level, IB, AP teaching experience
4. Recognized teaching qualification.
5. A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence.
6. An understanding and commitment to being a team player.

Position 2 Full-time HOD of English Department
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Working time: Mon-Fri, 7:45am-4:30pm, 25 teaching hours/week at most
2. To build up a harmony and up-going team
3. To set up teaching and experimental plan according to Academic Office’ arrangement.
4. Be responsible for subject teachers’ performance appraisal.
5. Be responsible for approval for all mid-term exam and final exam test paper.
6. Through planning for classes, observing classes, checking teaching plan and checking homework to know teaching and learning, provide feedbacks to teachers.
7. Be responsible for Subject meetings and coordinate teaching work for all year group.
8. Coordinate with other department of school to improve teaching quality of the subject.
9.  Recommend textbook and reference book for subject.

职责描述Job Description:

1、根据 CIE 课程教学大纲，合理设置课堂内容，良好关注并掌控学生学习状态及课堂活跃度， 双语教授 A-LEVEL(能够胜任AS,A2年级优先)相关课程。
2、根据教学课程安排及学生学习能力及个人水平，布置并及时批改作业。
3、跟踪学生学习进度，认真做好学生学习情况阶段性反馈。
4、熟练应用多媒体进行教学，课堂设置新颖别致，符合国际化课堂品质与特色。
5、善于并精于学生管理，能够良好把握学生的心理动态，并及时给与适当心理疏导；能够赢得学生的尊重、信任与爱戴，良好胜任学生的教育管理工作。

岗位要求：
1、硕士及以上学位，拥有海外工作和学习经历者的优秀本科生也可以考虑。
2、两年以上工作经验，优秀的有相关实习教学经验的应届毕生也可考虑，拥有IGCSE和ALEVEL课程教学经验者优先。
3、拥有教师资格证。
4、英语语言能力强，双语授课。
